This website has been developed by Produits Maison DIN Home Products, and is licensed to One Lights Canada. All the tools and services made available to you at www.one-lights.com, and www.one-lights.ca are presented to you at your convenience, and by using the services you, “Agree,” to the following Terms of Service. Section one. The One Lights Canada Registered Graphic Standard Program has integrated branding and registered marks on the web, on packaging, and the like. These marks cannot be re created without consent from the One Lights Canada Registered Graphic Standard program and Produits Maison DIN Home Products.

Section 2.
Creating and maintain a respectful environment between coworkers and entrepreneurs is very important to us. One-Lights Canada is an innovative creative, and new business company. We work in new eco friendly and entrepreneurial fashion to augment profit and reduce costs. We reserve the right to refuse our services to any party.

Section 3.
One Lights Canada products are subject to change without notice. Parts, components may be modified or upgraded without notice from their original versions. Prices may change on a daily basis and without any consent. One Lights Canada reserved the right to terminate any product, to stop its production and without any future notice. We are not liable, to any third party for any modifications made, or model upgrades.

Section 4.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with One Lights Canada for any reason, and without prejudice. One-Lights.com products belong exclusively to Produits Maison DIN Home Products and are protected. Copy’s and or duplicates of the designs may not be re created or sold under another license or name or by another vendor without the consent of One Lights Canada and Produits Maison DIN Home Products. One Lights Canada is not responsible for the miss use of its product, and can not be held responsible for any tampering or defects that may or could cause harm due to product miss use, miss handling, or tampering.

Section 5.
In case of misunderstanding or incase of written mistake, One Lights Canada reserves the right to correct the content, but cannot be held liable for any misunderstanding a party or consumer may have about the product. For more information concerning our products please contact us directly.

Section 6.
A certified electrician is required to install One-Lights products. One-Lights Canada cannot be held responsible for any damages created due to improper installation.

Section 7.
One-Lights Canada has a no refund policy. Items can be exchanged, and One-Lights Canada is not responsible for any third party charges that may apply.

Section 8.
One-Lights.com, the One-Lights.com logo, Din-Home, and the Din-Home logo are trademarks of Produits Maison DIN Home Products.
